A multi-tenant operations portal concept for agricultural teams that need lab tracking, structured records, and repeatable workflows.
Lab and field updates were difficult to audit when kept in spreadsheets or informal messages. Different client teams needed separated workspaces without duplicating the whole system. Manual follow-ups created delays in sample tracking and operational reporting.
Modeled a tenant-aware backend with clear operational entities for samples, batches, clients, and staff activity. Created dashboard patterns for intake, status tracking, and exception review. Planned background workers for scheduled checks, notifications, and report preparation.
